The Collective BAE is a not-for-profit intentional impact agency, consultancy, and empowerment ecosystem uplifting women+ & BIPOC, and supporting the creation and presentation of transformational experiences that invite deep presence, well-being, and collective care.
Founded by DREEEMY in 2016 and cultivated over the last decade as a tangible transnational movement, BAE is an organic network, built by and for real communities of holistic creatives and consciousness facilitators around the world who are at the intersection of art and social justice.
THE COLLECTIVE BAE was founded as a response to intergenerational poverty, structural inequality, and continuous oppression and misogyny among historically marginalized and under-resourced communities. She found that creating spaces for multi-dimensional, intentional gathering - especially featuring and uplifting women+ - had the potential to generate real and tangible shifts in the status-quo.
It has since featured hundreds of local and international artists, educators, and wellness facilitators across cities, genres and disciplines, and has evolved to represent a range of healers, creatives and change-makers on the planet.
The Collective BAE is a fiscally-sponsored 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
